Large Company | Minneapolis, MN | 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday | Fully On Site

Salary Range : $60,000 - $75,000

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our client's dynamic team! This role is responsible for supporting general ledger activities, preparing financial statements, and assisting with month-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Tasks & Responsibilities - Staff Accountant :

Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger

Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies

Qualifications - Staff Accountant :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment

Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
