Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Adult Care Unit (ACU), a dynamic 50-bed department that combines Telemetry, Med-Surg, and DOU-level care. This unit cares for a diverse patient population, including post-surgical, orthopedic, cardiac, and general medical patients. Nurses on this unit must be confident in telemetry monitoring, able to interpret cardiac rhythm strips independently, and comfortable managing patients requiring BiPAP or CPAP. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, supported by a dedicated charge nurse, 24 / 7 respiratory therapy, and 24 / 7 pharmacy.

Cerner is used for charting, and nurses are expected to manage their own IV starts, as no IV team is available. This is an excellent fit for a strong Telemetry or Med-Surg RN who is adaptable, confident in rhythm interpretation, and comfortable caring for a range of acuity levels within a supportive team environment.
