Rí Rá (roughly translated as “Good Fun”) has been a labor of love for Ciaran Sheehan and David Kelly, two childhood friends from Ireland, since they emigrated to the USA in the 1990’s. The duo’s mission was to create a gathering place like those pubs that they knew so well from their hometowns in Ireland. Such a place would have authentic Irish interiors, would be welcoming to all and would act as a “social hub” for the local community; a “Real Irish Local”. Rí Rá in Uptown Charlotte, NC, encompasses a fantastic, 2-storey, community oriented pub & restaurant, an outdoor deck, as well as two other brands (the Rí Rá Sandwich Shop and Uptown Coffee Co.)! We want people who support our Mission (to “Create Experiences That People Love”) and want to have fun in achieving it!

Buzz Hospitality is a small but growing multi-concept hospitality company with brands in both the USA and Ireland. Our brands include Rí Rá Irish Pub, Keagan’s Irish Pub and Wilson County Barbecue.
