Server (Corcoran)

Job Summary :

Servers at Marriott are responsible for providing high-quality service to guests in the hotels dining areas, ensuring a satisfying dining experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Greet guests and present them with menus and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have everything they need.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.
• Clear tables throughout the dining experience and provide dessert menus and coffee.
• Process payment transactions and thank guests as they leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and mise en place of work areas and tables.
