Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Career Counselor to join our team! As a Career Counselor, your role is to advise clients in the process of discovering their optimal career paths. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in discovering their strengths and goals, providing feedback on resumes, and providing helpful career-related information. If you are passionate about helping others to discover their passions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to learn about their educational and work experiences
• Conduct aptitude and personality assessments
• Provide information on various career paths and opportunities
• Conduct mock interviews
• Assist with creating strong resumes

Qualifications

• The required license/certification required to perform this position
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience as a Career Counselor is preferred
• Awareness and understanding of cultural and societal differences
• Knowledge of and adherence to industry regulations and best practices in career counseling methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
