Required Skills
Strong background in developing program-level standards, project controls frameworks, and reporting structures for large-scale construction or data center development programs.Ability to build or interpret dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and present information in a clear and consumable format tailored to diverse audiences.Experience establishing or managing schedule standards, risk logs, critical path methods, and schedule health reviews for complex development programs.Familiarity with construction budgeting, forecasting, earned value concepts, and cost tracking across multi-phase or multi-site programs.Strong ability to analyze program data, identify trends, and drive strategic improvements.Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence teams, and build alignment across internal and external stakeholders.Experience collaborating with colocation providers, contractors, suppliers, or external development partners is strongly preferred.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information into clear, executive-ready narratives.Understanding of data center construction, MEP systems, commissioning workflows, and technical design principles is a plus.Passion for building scalable frameworks, simplifying processes, and enhancing efficiency through standardization and automation.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in program / project management, with a focus on data center infrastructure.Proven track record of successfully developing construction programs.Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and design coordination.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Disclaimer

CA : Hiring Range in CAD from : $88,100 to $192,600 per annum. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $118,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
