As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of roofing materials and metal panels to residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities :
- Safely load, secure, and transport metal roofing materials to customer sites.
- Operate company vehicles, including flatbed trucks, in compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet customer schedules.
- Inspect delivery vehicles before and after each trip to ensure safe operating conditions.
- Assist customers with unloading materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
- Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues.
- Follow safety protocols when handling materials and driving.
