You are comfortable and enthusiastic when interacting with customers and management. You are at least 18 years old. You can handle physical tasks requiring moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You have reliable transportation to and from your work location. You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience. You have prior experience leading and training others. You can effectively use a smartphone or tablet to record your work after each shift. You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You are a motivated self-starter focused on action and results. You can work independently while also fostering successful team dynamics. You are committed to maintaining a safety-first approach in a retail environment.

As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional in-store merchandising support, aligning with the needs of shoppers. Your responsibilities will include :
- Creating stunning displays and end caps.
- Resetting shelves through effective product rotation.
- Monitoring inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers.
- Assisting leadership with crucial tasks such as reporting, training, and scheduling.
- Onboarding new hires to ensure they have all the tools for success.
