VP of Engineering

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to drive engineering execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for engineering execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and efficient processes

Build and scale a global engineering organization of 100+ engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Drive long-term technical strategy and oversee the design and development of complex distributed systems

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in building products using modern software engineering processes

Experience in scaling engineering teams to 100+ engineers within a global organization

Strong technical background in building large-scale enterprise-grade systems, preferably with Python and AWS

Demonstrated ability to lead a team of software engineers and product managers while performing hands-on engineering

Experience in early-stage startups is a plus
