This leader will lead a team of recruiters tasked with ensuring high standards in speed, quality, and consistency across business units. They will be a key partner to HR and site leaders, driving business continuity, process excellence, and continuous improvement in hiring performance.

The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, HR, and the Global TA function, serving as the strategic link between site requirements and recruiting execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, project-based hiring efforts, exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to lead confidently and effectively in ambiguous situations.

Serve as the primary TA representative in new-site launch forums, offering clear updates, talent risk assessments, and hiring progress metrics.

Drive consistency in intake, sourcing, and hiring processes across high-volume and leadership requisitions.

Serve as the primary recruiting partner to site leadership and local HR, fostering trust and coordination around workforce planning and talent delivery.

Drive consistency across launches by refining tools, templates, reporting methods, and lessons learned into the global playbook.
