Project Coordinator

Overview

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Project Coordinator to their team in the Orlando, FL Metro Region.

Job Summary :

Support the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the process.

Essential Functions :

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document and distribute meeting notes
• Track deliverables and follow up with teams to ensure timely execution
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and files
• Support resource allocation and utilization tracking
• Identify and escalate project issues or risks to the project manager
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project status updates

This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.

Pay Transparency Range

$50,000 - $65,000 USD
