THE PURPOSE :

As a Distribution Associate, you help execute varied warehouse and distribution tasks and activities. You also create excitement around productivity, accuracy, programs, and initiatives — all while upholding our high standards regarding communication and confidentiality. Distribution Associates are key team member’s and set an excellent example for our temporary team members to strive for.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)

• Achieving Distribution productivity and accuracy goals and motivating temp staff to achieve same goals
• Implementing company training programs; monitoring staff training and customer service
• Maintaining company standards
• Promptly and accurately completing all paperwork procedures as related to your assigned tasks
• Assisting in the inventory and maintenance of inventory records
• Following procedures for all functions assigned
• Interfacing with corporate personnel (i.e. accounting, merchandising, operations and human resources) as needed.

YOU ARE :
