Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with implementing engaging curriculum and daily activities.
- Help track each child’s progress and promote developmental milestones.
- Foster a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Support children with daily routines like feeding, napping, and diapering.
- Build positive relationships with children, encouraging self-confidence and responsibility.

Requirements :
What We’re Looking For :
Qualifications :Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience working with young children.Completion of Introductory Childcare Training (45 hours) or willingness to obtain.CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Skills & Traits :
Knowledge of child development and modern educational practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Flexibility and creativity in working with young children.Familiarity with Jewish culture is a plus.Additional Info :
Physical Demands : Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.Work Environment : Fast-paced, collaborative, and fun!Candidates must pass a drug test and level II background screening through Clearinghouse / DFC to be considered for employment
