Completion of Introductory Childcare Training (45 hours) or willingness to obtain. CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Knowledge of child development and modern educational practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility and creativity in working with young children. Familiarity with Jewish culture is a plus. Physical Demands : Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors. Work Environment : Fast-paced, collaborative, and fun! Candidates must pass a drug test and level II background screening through Clearinghouse / DFC to be considered for employment

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to support our Lead Teacher in providing an exceptional educational experience for young children.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with implementing engaging curriculum and daily activities.
- Help track each child’s progress and promote developmental milestones.
- Foster a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Support children with daily routines like feeding, napping, and diapering.
- Build positive relationships with children, encouraging self-confidence and responsibility.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff, ensuring a collaborative environment.
