We are a local family owned residential and light commercial full-service HVAC company that values our employee's time, and daily experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. Ideally the candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a lead role, with more experience welcome. The candidate will possess knowledge of installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. Most of the work performed will be Swap out / Replacement Installations, Mini Split Installations, Ducted System Installations, and Boiler replacements. There will be plenty of prevailing wage opportunities since roughly 50% of our work is through the state government.

Candidate needs to have the ability to lift 50lbs, make sheet metal transitions for ducted replacements, basic low voltage knowledge, basic hydronic knowledge, and able to follow post install processes for proper commissioning.

• Install residential / light commercial HVAC equipment
• Mini split installations
• Central AC replacements
• Central Heat Pump replacements
• Gas Furnace and AC coil replacements
• Boiler replacements
• Ability to make proper sheet metal transitions to new equipment
• Maintain a clean work site and work vehicle
• Maintain professional and friendly relationship with customers
• Attend routine training
