Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry level sales position and key contributor to the growth of the sales pipeline. This role focuses on identifying and engaging with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) through various outreach methods to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Book discovery meetings for the Sales teams by generating qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Independently build and manage call lists, ensuring a consistent flow of new prospects
  • Maintain and nurture lead pipelines in accordance with Kattsafe’s sales and marketing strategy
  • Strategically identify and engage ideal customers through personalized and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Leverage a diverse mix of outreach channels; cold calling, email campaigns, virtual events, webinars, social media engagement, and additional emerging channels tailored to the targeted audience.
  • Continuously refine outreach tactics based on performance data, feedback, and market trends.
  • Master the 30-second pitch & outbound sales techniques; outlined in the Kattsafe Sales Playbook.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms; Zoom Info and LinkedIn a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
