What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor for unusual activity or conditions, reporting any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control procedures, including verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.

Support Allied Universal management by following post orders and reporting incidents in a timely manner.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues within the location.

Minimum Requirements :

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
