Responsibilities - Service BDC Appointment Setter, On-Site :

• Work in our fast-paced call center to answer inbound calls and internet requests, schedule auto repair / service appointments, assist with vehicle loaners, reschedule missed appointments, follow up with customers after service has been completed to ensure their satisfaction, and more.
• Identify customer's needs, answer their questions in a pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, recalls, surveys, and more.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform other tasks as assigned
