Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Office Receptionist. You will be the first smiling face our patients see when they walk in, playing a crucial role in managing scheduling, patient communication, and day-to-day administrative duties that ensure the office operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Verify insurance coverage and handle patient billing
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and update as needed
• Communicate clearly with both patients and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk or dental office experience preferred
• Proficiency in Dentrix software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times
