Primary Location : Richmond, Virginia

Hybrid position

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Print Service Support Technician for our premier client in Richmond, Virginia .

Education and Experience "

  • Microsoft 365 : 5 years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and detail oriented : 5 years.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills : 5 years.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. : 5 years.
  • Experience Utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) to track and document support requests. : 5 years.
  • Commitment to delivering high quality end user support and customer service : 5 years.
  • Experience in a help desk or technical support role : 5 years.
  • Knowledge of IT systems : 5 years.
  • Desired : Knowledge of print services environment : 2 years.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Technician to join our IT team.
  • This mid-level role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving issues related to print services, and ensuring optimal IT service delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, detailed oriented, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and support.
