Job description1+ years of experience setting up and testing paid media campaigns across Meta Working knowledge of Meta Ad Platform Experience running A / B tests and scientifically optimizing campaign performance A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning Moderate to advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, graphs etc.) Demonstrable success in improving account performance in direct response Meta Ad Campaigns Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimization An eye for good design and can come up with new ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking (note : graphics design experience is not required but is considered a plus) A passion for marketing, social advertising and a positive attitude in all regards A desire to remain up-to-date with trends, new features and functionalities in social advertising A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals Competitive Compensation – Rates based on your experience and skill set Flexible, Remote Work – We value outcomes, not hours or time zones Paid Time Off – Because rest fuels results Growth Potential – Be part of a fast-growing agency where top performers are recognized and rewarded Creative Freedom & Ownership – We trust our team to do their best work with autonomy and support
Overview
We’re a fast growing digital marketing agency focusing on helping clients in the DTC industry scale and are looking for an all-star Media Buyer to support our growth.
This position will report directly to the CEO. At Conversion Engine we believe in always learning, always growing.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Responsible for creating weekly and monthly reports for clients
- Recommend new strategies based on data and testing
- Work with creative departments to ensure goal, strategy, and brand alignment
- Test new ad creatives consistently & evaluate performance in line with goals
- Scale social advertising efforts geared towards acquiring new customers profitably
- Build, maintain and optimize digital advertising campaigns and have an experimental and methodological approach
- Execute high profile and complex paid social campaigns
