We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / HR Specialist to join our office team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, meeting deadlines, and keeping financial records accurate. Experience with HR software is required, and HR experience is a plus.

What You'll Do :
Process accounts payable and maintain accurate recordsPerform general bookkeeping tasksUse HR software for payroll or employee record tasksAssist with HR-related administrative dutiesAbility to work cooperatively in a Team environment.Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectivelyWhat We're Looking For :
High school diploma required; college or office experience preferredIn good physical and emotional health, suitable to provide for the emotional, intellectual, physical, and social needs of consumers with disabilities.Experience in bookkeeping / accounts payableFamiliarity with HR software; HR experience a bonusStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSomeone who doesn't mind scanning, some minor filing, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets.Must be flexible and willing to help out within the officeAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryBenefits of the Full-Time Accounts Payable & HR Specialist :
