Manages bill of material / engineering change data in system to support normal production, new product import, trouble shooting, urgent order support, and business project support to cross functional team.
Responsibilities and qualifications include :
- Basic knowledge of SAP for quality, materials, and production queries.
- Experience in supervising or coordinating personnel on production lines.
- Management and follow-up of internal and external audits.
- Implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Experience in managing quality indicators (KPIs) and process improvement using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar.
- Experience in training and raising awareness among staff on quality-related topics.
- Advanced English proficiency to interact with auditors, clients, and international teams.
- Experience in researching, analyzing, and implementing actions for customer complaints.
- ISO 9001 : 2015 Knowledge or Quality Auditor
