The Dean's Office of the Pratt School of Engineering is seeking a full-time, in-person Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support both the Dean's Office-including Undergraduate Education and Development-and the Fitzpatrick Institute for Photonics , contributing to high-impact initiatives and daily operations that shape the future of engineering education and research at Duke.

You'll play a key role in coordinating programs, managing logistics, and supporting leadership with administrative and financial tasks. This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of academic administration and cutting-edge research, where your organizational skills and initiative will make a meaningful difference.

Minimum Requirements

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of experience in program administration or related academic, instructional, or counseling activities.
• Equivalent combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Anticipated Pay Range :

Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $44,766.00 to USD $71,706.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education / training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
