Superintendent

The Superintendent oversees the operation on the construction site and leads the construction process with the Project Manager from planning to completion. The position supervises and coordinates the construction activities (including deployment of material and equipment), oversees on-site labor (including time and break tracking), ensures a clean / organized job site, and follows specifications. Responsible for managing the construction schedule, coordinating subcontractors, and providing projects are on schedule while performing duties as assigned. The Superintendent manages relationships with customer representatives and ensures the project follows all guidelines set by the Company and client. The Superintendent is responsible for quality control and ensures safety procedures and compliance are observed at the job site.
