Emergency Medicine Medical Director opportunity in Crossville, TNWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced emergency medicine (EM) physician to join our team as the director of emergency medicine. As a successful candidate, you will lead our EM department, overseeing a team of talented physicians and advanced practice clinicians. The director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in patient outcomes and departmental performance.Fully accredited by the Joint Commission, our facility is a 73-bed acute care hospital offering all-private patient rooms and specialized services. The facility provides advanced medical and surgical care and features telemetry monitored beds and an intensive care unit. Additionally, the facility has an Outpatient Imaging Center, Same Day Surgery Unit, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs, a Sleep Disorder Center, Regional Breast Center, Regional Cancer Center, Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Center.
