About the role

We are seeking a Chief Product Officer to oversee all product development for Sustainalytics. This includes our flagship ESG Research products (ESG Risk, Regulatory Solutions, Impact Solutions) as well as Climate Solutions, Stewardship Services and Sustainable Finance. You\'ll also be responsible for our data and research delivery strategy through external and internal platforms, data feeds and APIs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership capabilities, product management expertise and a deep commitment to Sustainability. This position can be located in London, Chicago or New York City.

Job Responsibilities

• Assure the commercial success of the business by establishing and executing a product strategy across all client segments in key regionals around the world.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, marketing, data, methodology, research to develop and deliver product roadmaps through rigorous prioritization and execution.
• Ensure all products have a cohesive and clear Go-To-Market plans that align with the customer needs.
• Together with the Sustainalytics Chief Commercial Officer, jointly develop and execute commercial policy.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Understand the needs of clients in all major markets / regions, conducting market research and gathering customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Partner with the Business Head of Regulatory Change and Compliance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

Total Cash Compensation (inclusive of base salary and bonus target, in Chicago) : $302,025-$543,650.
