What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related incidents and / or emergencies within the location, following established procedures and protocols.Dispatch security personnel to specific areas as needed in response to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance.Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all calls, incidents, and activities during the shift.Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and directions related to security-related matters.Support Allied Universal security personnel by relaying critical information and updates in a timely manner.Assist in the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to the unique needs of a financial institution environment.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.Collaborate with on-site security teams to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity within the location.What We're Looking For :
