This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

First Citizens Commercial Real Estate originates and underwrites senior secured real estate transactions. With deep market expertise, underwriting experience and industry relationships, the unit provides financing for single properties, property portfolios and loan portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely completion of portfolio hygiene tasks through follow up with assigned portfolio managers and escalation to business unit senior management including : timely completion or extension of annual reviews

Renewal of credit risk ratings

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of banking experience focused on portfolio management operations OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience of banking experience focused on portfolio management operations.

Preferred Qualifications

For New York, the base pay for this position is generally between $185,000-$200,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and / or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
