Title : Staff Accountant - Tax or Audit

Location : Indianapolis, IN 46240

Schedule : Hybrid; Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM; 1 WFH day / week (except Wednesdays); Saturdays required during busy season

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000

What You'll Be Doing :

• Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Support audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Assist in preparing financial statements
• Contribute to tax planning and compliance
• Help onboard and mentor junior team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
