As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Operations Supervisor for our 2nd Shift team. This role will lead and manage a team in our production environment, focusing on team building, production activities, and compliance to ensure smooth operations and high-quality product output.

Who You Are :

Interested in 2nd shift work. 2 : 30 PM

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong process management experience and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in the military may be helpful.

Excellent team-building and coaching abilities.

Strong knowledge of SOPs, HACCP / SSOP, and quality control programs.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

What You Will Do : Team Building :

• Train new team members on SOPs and coach on key expectations.
• Conduct weekly qualification meetings and administer disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate team recognition and develop a cross-training matrix.
• Utilize continuous improvement tools to engage and develop team members.
• Investigate and resolve team member complaints and issues.
