Annual Salary | $80,000 - $95,000

Annual Commission Potential | $14,000 - $19,000

The Opportunity

We are in need of a real "go-getter" who can make an immediate impact in our Los Angeles property management division. The main objective of this managerial role is to lead and work alongside a team that manages a portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in the Los Angeles and surrounding area. This position requires a quick learner who can take initiative, and has impeccable follow-through and communication skills.

Please note : This is NOT a remote position and will require the selected person to work out of our Gardena office and 1 day per week in our Newport Beach office.

What You'll Do

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties
• Manage, lead, and train the property management team
• Provide exceptional customer service and account management to property owners and tenants
• Respond to tenant concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure tenant satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records for all properties and submit them in a timely manner to include maintenance requests, monthly statements, move-in / move-out reports, etc.
• Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain and build our outstanding reviews and ratings on Yelp, Google, and Zillow
• Take accountability and hold a team accountable to maintain client satisfaction
• Run background checks and screening for applications
• Foster strong relationships with our preferred vendors and help build and maintain our approved vendor list
• Take direction well but exercise good, independent judgment when necessary
• Must be available for emergency on-call rotation
