Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for business development? CrewBloom is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our client's team. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving a company's growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospects.

The Business Development Representative will be primarily responsible for all activities related to generating new leads and closing new sales opportunities. The candidate will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact on day one by learning our systems and processes and customizing them for their own success. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead generation
  • CRM database management
  • Representing the company at tradeshows and conferences
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Managing inbound sales opportunities
  • Doing cold calling and managing outbound sales
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Attending and contributing to organizational meetings / retreats

  • Candidates with experience / qualifications in the following will be provided additional consideration :

  • Outside sales experience
  • Inside sales experience
  • Lead generation
  • Digital Marketing
  • Healthcare sales / marketing experience
  • Consulting services sales / marketing experience
  • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements :

  • Internet Connection :
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps .
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps .
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device :
  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least :
  • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor.
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM .
  • Backup Device :
  • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
  • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • Peripherals and Workspace :
  • A functioning webcam .
  • A noise-canceling USB headset .
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space .
  • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
