About The Position

Catalytic Solutions is actively seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide mental health services at a correctional facility in Crescent City, California. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling options, including 8- or 10-hour shifts.

Contract Duration : 6-month assignment

Job Requirements

Minimum 12 months of post-licensure experience (Internships do not qualify)

Active California LMFT license

Must meet all legal requirements to practice in California

Proficient in English

Key Clinical Responsibilities :

Conduct mental health evaluations, including suicide risk assessments and diagnosis

Provide crisis intervention and individual / group therapy

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate on complex cases and offer treatment recommendations
