NEW Clinical Laboratory Scientist – HLA Laboratory (Night Shift)

Full-Time | Night Shift (10 : 30 / 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 / 7 : 30 AM)

A well-established HLA laboratory in a major healthcare system is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Technologist) to join its night-shift team. This role focuses on highly complex histocompatibility testing that directly supports organ transplantation. Candidates with prior HLA experience are strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do :

Perform HLA antibody identification and crossmatch testing, including urgent deceased donor workups

Analyze, interpret, and report results with accuracy and attention to detail

Monitor QC data, identify trends or shifts, and document findings

Troubleshoot assays and instrumentation using SOPs and manufacturer guidelines

Serve as an advanced technical resource for fellow CLS team members

Perform complex assays and assist with training and competency evaluations

What We’re Looking For :

CLS – MTA - California Clinical Laboratory Scientist required upon hire

OR CLS – MTR – California Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist required upon hire

3+ years to 5 years of hands-on testing experience in a clinical and / or clinical histocompatibility lab required

• Bachelor's Degree in medical technology or a life science required
