Job description

A company is looking for a Head of Value Advisory Programs to drive impact across its enterprise sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and guide the Value Selling team, enhancing their strategic and consultative capabilities

Engage directly in customer interactions, framing business value and shaping executive narratives

Coordinate cross-functionally to align messaging and value frameworks across teams

Required Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise sales, value engineering, or related fields, preferably in SaaS or enterprise collaboration solutions

Proven success in managing complex, multi-product enterprise deals and leading high-performing teams

Familiarity with value selling methodologies and tools like Salesforce and collaboration platforms

Strong storytelling ability to convey customer challenges into compelling value narratives

Experience in building repeatable sales motions and scalable deal strategy programs
