Job descriptionAnalyzing KPIs and metrics to ensure business results Maintaining a clean and safe facility Setting goals / priorities for the location Scheduling to ensure quality service for guests Planning, coordinating, and monitoring special events Interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching staff 2+ years' experience effecting and deciphering budgets, open to Buys, and P&L statements 2+ years' experience supervising and training 5 - 10 employees Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Take initiative and lead by example Demonstrate a high sense of urgency Curating, purchasing, and managing large inventory Creating designs, looks, and themes while building excellent relationships with vendors & rep s Full time position Travel is required. Work rotating schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays Position requires sitting for extended periods of time. Reaching overheard and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping Ability to lift 50lbs.
