SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Senior Systems Engineer - Electronic Warfare Prototype / Production

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Job Summary : The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for integrating various operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices. Duties typically include requirements development, drawing reviews, staffing / cost analysis, and scheduling. The engineer works across multiple domains including RF, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and IT, and serves as a primary contact for customer interactions. Project management experience is desired. Experience in the Electronic Warfare domain is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance; applicants must have an active Secret clearance at the time of hire.

Qualifications :

• Education : Master's degree (or Doctorate) in an STEM discipline is preferred. Significant work experience with a bachelor's degree in a STEM field may be substituted.
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years relevant experience required.

Additional Requirements :

Location : Middletown, RI

Travel : 10%

Clearance : Top Secret

Work Environment & Physical Demands : Operates in office, laboratory, and vessel / shipyard environments. Involves sitting, standing, manual operation of equipment, lifting, and working in confined spaces with variable environmental conditions. Personal protective equipment required includes safety shoes and hard hats; hearing protection and safety glasses are recommended.
