McLean School seeks applicants for a Grade 7 English Teacher to be part of the Middle School Division (grades 5-8) beginning August 2025.

The Grade 7 English Teacher will teach five sections of writing, which includes working with students to understand the writing process and various genres. A model candidate will have an appreciation for students with mild to moderate learning challenges and seek to build self-confidence in our students as they learn to advocate and prepare for success in college and life. We welcome candidates who are committed to student-centered pedagogy, differentiated instruction, and multi-sensory learning. Salary Range : $55,000-90,000
