Overview
We are inviting applications for the Junior Logistics Analyst (JLA) role at FEDITC, LLC . The position is located in Warren, MI and supports DoD and other intelligence agencies worldwide. The JLA will work closely with the Prescriptive Analytics Team and Data Analysis Center (DAC) to extract, analyze, and manage logistics and maintenance data critical to operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Perform program evaluation, review, and analysis of program management, planning, programming, cost, and schedule to ensure FMS country program goals are achieved.
- Provide input and recommendations during meetings and reviews regarding the assigned program.
- Conduct financial analysis using PBAS, SOMARDS, DSAMS, MOCAS, FEDLOG, DIFS, CCOPES, CISIL, LMP, OOO, ATAAPS, TED, and GFEBS.
- Track case funding at country, case, line, and requisition levels using FMS databases.
- Develop an automated system for FMS financial data collection.
- Provide on-site input and recommendation for budget and pricing of FMS cases to assure cost-effective program requirements; research requisition status and develop input to fulfill supply requirements using CISIL, FEDLOG, CCOPES, LMP, and FGEBS.
- Review and recommend development of program briefings to FMS customers.
- Review and analyze program documentation, maintain specialized FMS customer reports, and provide real-time updates during PMRs, FMRs, and MSRs.
- Provide input for specialized reports / spreadsheets resulting from case management analysis.
- Provide input and recommendation for milestone charts and master plans, including transportation of plans.
- Recommend improvements for case management functions in logistics, financial, technical, transportation, and in-process reviews.
- Other support duties as needed or directed.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of FMS (Foreign Military Sales).Experience drafting, reviewing, and analyzing SOWs, PWSs, J&As, CDRLs, IGCEs, acquisition strategies, acquisition plans, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans.Education
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.Clearance and Citizenship
