Boylston Staffing is seeking a Front Office Coordinator for a well-established firm in Hanover, MA . This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Manage office supply inventory and ordering.
- Create and maintain job folders and general filing.
- Copy, scan, and process mail and documents.
- Maintain team calendars to support project deadlines.
- Review and print weekly timesheets.
- Track and manage vacation requests.
- Coordinate and arrange office lunches.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
