Facilities Manager (High-Rise / Mixed-Use)Summary

Hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety for a mixed-use asset. You’ll manage building systems, lead staff and vendors, and uphold high standards of reliability, cleanliness, and resident / tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Run building systems : HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, fire / life safety, BMS / BAS
• Lead high-rise plumbing (domestic water, booster pumps, risers, waste systems, leak prevention)
• Direct and develop in-house techs; schedule and manage contractors / vendors
• Build and execute preventive maintenance across tower, retail / office, and garage
• Ensure code compliance; prep for inspections / audits
• Triage and resolve work orders quickly with clear communication
• Own OPEX / CAPEX planning, budgeting, bids, and service agreements
• Lead emergency response / on-call and coordinate corrective actions

Qualifications

Nice to have : EPA 608, OSHA-10 / 30, SMA / SMT, BOC, CEM; leak detection, water treatment, and energy management experience.
