As a Customer Service Manager for Redeemers Group, you'll lead, manage and hold accountable a high-quality team of customer service representatives . You'll work with and through your team; blazing your path towards a best-in-class customer service department. Your leadership will ensure that each day, your team has a remarkable experience and are wildly successful . But that's not all. While no specific construction experience is necessary, a proven track record in people-management is ; we'll provide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work the Redeemers Group way.
