Job Summary
The Provider Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers across MyCare Medical’s markets. This individual plays a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring highly qualified providers who align with our mission and values. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with clinical leaders, and provides an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across multiple regions in Florida and Texas.
- Partner with clinical leadership and operations to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified providers through networking, referrals, online sourcing, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Partner with HR to assist in onboarding activities, including ensuring new hire documentation, background checks, and compliance steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Negotiate provider offers in a manner that ensures fairness, candidate satisfaction, and full compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports.
- Represent MyCare Medical at career fairs, conferences, and industry events to strengthen the company’s employer brand.
- Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and provider recruitment best practices.
- Maintain awareness of employment laws and ensure all recruiting practices meet federal and state compliance standards (EEOC, FLSA, I-9, etc.)
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.3+ years of provider recruitment experience in healthcare, preferably within managed care, primary care, or multi-site clinical organizations.Proven success sourcing and hiring physicians and advanced practice providers.Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating provider employment or independent contractor agreements is a must-have.Proficiency with ATS platforms (Paycor experience a plus), scheduling tools, and job posting systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications or related software (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred.Ability to exhibit strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, high-volume environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.Powered by JazzHR
