This

remote

position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states :

Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY 6 times per year for internal meetings and team building activities. Additional travel may be required based on department and company needs. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you're also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leadership, collaborating on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent forecasting to enable business success across corporate and operations functions

Act as a thought leader in the talent space,

identifying

emerging hiring trends, market shifts, and innovative sourcing approaches that position SupplyHouse as a top employer in the eCommerce and technology sectors

Drive deep partnership and integration with both Fulfillment and Customer Service operational leadership teams, supporting high-volume hiring needs through direct hiring events and partnership with third

  • party contingent staffing vendor(s)

Oversee end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and operations roles

    Requirements :

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    A minimum of 7 years of prog

    ressive exper

    ience in Talent Acquisition or a related Human Resources

    function

    A minimum

    of

    3 years of experience leading a recruiting function or managing a multi-person team

    Demonstrated success developing and executing nationwide and global recruiting strategies across corporate, technical, and operations roles

    in a fast-paced environ

    ment

    Strong ability to use data and market insights to inform strategy and improve recruiting effectiveness

    Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence talent planning and organizational design

    Background in international talent acquisition or scaling recruiting in global markets

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
