    The Company is looking for an innovative and dynamic Vice President of Program Development to bring strategic vision and operational oversight to its field programs. This role is crucial for translating national initiatives into impactful regional and community-based actions. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of collaboration and accountability among teams, ensuring that high-quality programs align with the organization's mission. Key responsibilities include :

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for field programs.
  • Driving standardization and enhancing staff capabilities.
  • Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs for consistency and efficacy.
  • Building and nurturing strategic partnerships that amplify program reach and effectiveness.
  • Leading large-scale change initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit settings, particularly in healthcare or related domains. A solid track record in leading community-centered programs, increasing outreach, and growing revenue from programmatic efforts is critical. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The VP will also be responsible for financial stewardship, including budget management and securing funding for programs. Occasional national travel may be required to support operations across various locations.
