Key Responsibilities

Monitor task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs

Coordinate with servers to claim jobs and resolve issues related to missing customer information

Report trends in stuck jobs and notify recruiters of areas needing additional coverage

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination

Strong organizational skills for managing high-volume tasks

Comfortable navigating digital tools and internal platforms

Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

Reliable and able to follow established processes with high accuracy
