Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of all transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle payroll processing and assist with tax filings
- Support end-of-month closings and budget tracking
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit readiness
- Organize and maintain all financial documentation
Requirements :
