Job description

Company : Vitag Health LLC / Vida Sarkodie Inc.

Locations : Union, NJ & Flanders, NJ.

Schedule : Part‑Time or Per Diem.

Qualifications :

  • Required : Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Required : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Collaborative practice agreement with supervising physician (support available).
  • Active malpractice insurance (or proof of coverage).

Responsibilities :

  • Obtain and review patients’ medical and psychosocial history relevant to weight loss and IV infusion therapy.
  • Perform physical exams per established clinic guidelines.
  • Order and assess laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs.
  • Manage IV infusions and monitor patient reactions during and post‑treatment.
  • Provide basic medical consultation.
  • Prescribe and adjust medications.
  • Educate and counsel patients on weight management, lifestyle, nutrition, and medication adherence.

    • Typical Day :

  • Conduct new‑patient intakes : history, vitals, entire health assessment.
  • Administer and / or supervise IV infusion sessions.
  • Order labs / ECGs and interpret results.
  • Adjust treatment plans under physician collaboration.
  • Provide patient education and follow‑up guidance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and EMR charting.

    You’re a clinician with a passion for obesity medicine and metabolic health. You're proactive, attentive, and able to work independently in per‑diem or part‑time capacity.
