About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Growth and Engagement to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to recruit, develop, and retain diverse, high-potential talent within a technologically enabled Democratic ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically building and managing a network of relationships that drive and sustain the company's growth and mission impact. This includes leading all revenue-generating and external engagement functions, with a focus on establishing and scaling a fundraising model that is characterized by strategic, long-term, major-gifts-focused relationship development. The SVP will be accountable for securing and growing the organization's revenue, diversifying its funding model, and will work to optimize the strategic engagement of the company's principals in fundraising initiatives.

Applicants for the SVP position at the company should have a passion for the mission of retaining top campaign talent in Democratic politics and at least 10 years of leadership experience in fundraising, development, partnerships, or growth strategy. The role requires a proven track record in building philanthropic cultures and raising funds across multiple donor segments, as well as a deep understanding of fundraising best practices, donor psychology, and modern engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong business and financial acumen, exceptional communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the SVP will be expected to contribute to these values in their work.
