CGS is searching for an experienced Operations and Training Manager (Ops Manager) to support the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) located at Camp Bullis.
Essential duties :
CGS' Operations and Training Manager (Ops Manager) will serve as the manager for JBSA MTC Operations and Training. The Ops Manager will manage and supervise all contractor support for day-to-day JBSA MTC operations and training to include exercise & event planning and operations support; scheduling and coordination of JBSA MTC resources and the training request process; knowledge management : individual C2IS training; collective training; and JBSA MTC task tracking. The Ops Manager will participate in, and when required, lead various operations and exercise updates and staff meetings. The Ops Manager will work closely and coordinate with the JBSA MTC Government Operations Chief and / or Director to ensure the JBSA MTC Government is kept informed of training and event support requirements, any potential changes to those requirements, and any conflicts with overlapping or simultaneous requirements.
